Trick or Treat Workout For Halloween
Okay, that’s 100% cheesy but I am 100% a holiday person so I couldn’t resist! In honor of Halloween, I’ve written a full body workout challenge that will, for sure, leave your muscles screaming.
This workout challenge can be done anywhere! Because Halloween is October 31, I’m challenging you to complete 31 reps of each exercise!
Now, I know that sounds like a whole lot! So I’m going to break it up into two rounds for you. In round 1, aim to do 16 reps of each exercise. For round 2, you will do 15 reps per exercise. Take a 30-second break between each round to grab a drink or to have a rest.
As always, the goal is to perform all exercises (with correct form!) as quickly as possible. Time yourself and record your time!
This challenge is definitely a tough one, using some moves from my regular training style. Make sure you check out some of my post-pregnancy workouts if you’re looking for something low-impact.
